Funding Sources Any scale of project is potentially eligible for support provided you know how to evaluate your project and meet application criteria. Always note and remember the three main defining criteria for capital investment grants: Geographic Location (by Post Code) Capital Investment (over next 3 years) Employment (jobs created and safeguarded) Proposed projects cannot rely on, or obtain, 100% grants or subsidy funding. Contribution can range from 10% to 50% dependent on circumstances. MCS can assist and advise on sources of make up capital funding, financing and, working capital for new and existing projects.         FP7 Experts Call by Framework Programme 7 for individuals and organisations to be proposed for appointment as FP7 Independent Evaluation and Monitoring Experts.
